Over twenty years of experience across multiple generations of SPL and Oracle's CIS systems for utilities. He started his career as a Developer and moved through different roles in the systems development life cycle. His current focus is to provide subject matter expertise during preliminary analysis and requirements definition. This background brings a breadth of experience to the discovery process, allowing for early identification and understanding of potential risks and issues.

He partners with business stakeholders to uncover motivations behind requests and helps them understand how to leverage the system to achieve their goals and whether benefits justify the required investment. He bridges communications between IT and the business, which fosters business transformations that have led to significant savings and exponential returns for clients. This is accomplished by working with managers of different departments involved in the Meter-to-Cash process to achieve automation and efficiency goals set by executive leadership.

He led a development team for Oracle's North American Managed Services for the Utilities Global Business Unit. He has subsequently managed a strategic account for Origin Consulting, LLC, while also playing the role of Architect and coordinating technical resources spread across multiple countries over different continents.
